Nestled in the picturesque Agter-Pakhuis Valley, 26 km from Clanwilliam on route to the historic Wuperthal village, you will find De Pakhuys Guest Cottage. The farm and cottages belong to the Kruger Family from Cape Town, who on a visit to the area in 2003 couldn`t resist having a piece of this paradise to themselves. They subsequently bought a piece of land in this magnificent valley and decided to renovate one of the cottages on the farm and share the splendour of the Cederberg with visitors. The cottage and guests are looked after and cared for by our partners and friends, Mark & Marinda Botha, who farms on the land bordering us. Mark and Marinda both grew up in this beautiful valley and can share some interesting facts about the history of the Agter Pakhuis area with our guests.
